I have three pairs of mittens;
Yellow, red, and blue.
If I ever lose a pair,
I will still have two.
But it never works that way,
That’s not the way it’s done.
I never seem to lose the pair
All I lose is one!

handspun fingerless mittens
Always trying to plan ahead, I made my daughter three.

Here they are, lined up pretty, for the world to see.

It was a tough squeeze,
leftovers
but in the end I did prevail
handspun fingerless mittens
and joy of joys - they even fit me :)
  • Yarn used: found here
  • Pattern: flying by the seat of my pants, in other words I winged it :)
  • Needles: US 3 - so they are nicely dense and very warm.

One stocking stuffer down, to many to think about to go. :) I have already started a pair of Maine Morning Mitts for the eldest son, and they are zooming along quite nicely.

Knitter out :)

*grin* That was just too cute. :) I love the mitts and I know that Missy will too! Your handspun is beautiful, it’s awesome to see it put to good use.

I had so much fun last night I think I burst a blood vessel. :)
