Day by day my love for Ravelry grows. Todays mail included bargain books obtained via Ralvery. I love me a bargain, even when that bargain is full price. The fist book Wild Colors - is a book I’ve been wanting for awhile. Then when it finally struck my fancy to actually get it, I found the price had sky rocketed due to it now being out of print. Well Ralvery user Rock Chick saved the day (hey what happened to her blog?) and now hers is mine.
I also scored Colorful Stitches for less than half price including postage. Which is a book I have flipped through many times but never broke down and actually bought, well until the other day. I love how Kristin Nicholas uses color in so many different fiber mediums.
Done just in a nick of time - 32 minutes to spare :)
