Last week we had some beautiful days spring was right around the corner, then came the cold and the snow. Now half the household is sick and it’s spring break, and again today it was another beautiful day. But did we (meaning I) get to go outside and enjoy it at all? No, no, no! It started with a sore throat but the next day I was so congested my head felt as though it was going to fall off. Yesterday was the aches and today is the “what is that awful taste in my mouth?” Oh how I hate that flavor of sick that gets stuck in your throat.

All is not lost though because Lady E she is a growing. I’m finally on my 10th and last ball of Noro.

Lady E growing

Almost there - shouldn’t be to much longer

Time for my nightly dose of NiQuil. Nasty stuff but boy do you sleep like a baby.

Beautiful Lady E! Great vibrant colors that aren’t crazy or overwhelming. I finished mine up but found out I was allergic to it so I had to send it off as a gift. Sad day.
    Love your blog!
