First I came across Eunny’s beauty, then V’s. Then an email from Colorful Stitches informing me that Jamieson’s Shetland Wool was on sale for 50% off. So what did I do today, well hit the yarn store of course.

I now have the yarn, so all that’s left is coming up with is an idea or pattern, a bit of time, and some much needed technical skill. :)
Yes I do more than just shop for yarn (although it doesn’t look like it lately-there’s even more that has not been blogged about) I also attempt to make it.

I finished the roving I was spinning for Project Spectrum. Although it was a bit on the scratchy side during the spinning it softened up nicely during it’s wash. What I ended up with was a little over 300 yds at 12 wpi.
