The husband’s socks are done.

Started: Beginning of January
Finished: February 13th
Yarn: Trekking XXL (not sure of the colorway since I miss placed the label many moons ago.)
Size: Fit a mens US 10 ½ just fine
Pattern: Knit top down in a basic three-by-one rib pattern, slipped stitched heel flap on size one needles.
Chris was very happy that I finally knit him some socks. So happy, in return he had a family ring made for me.

The first stone, Jasper, his for Chris, then carnelian for Zach, malachite for Nicole, another jasper for Roy, and then the turquoise is for Nathan. My attempts at getting a decent picture of it on my finger totally failed, but believe me it’s there.
I might have to knit him a few more pair of socks – you think?

Nice socks and I love that ring! I have yet to knit socks for my husband’s giant feet.
Be glad that Chris’s feet aren’t size 13W like my dad’s! LOL THOSE were some BIG socks, but you win tottaly because you’re doing yours in sock weight yarn. I bow to your dedication and love.
Beautiful ring, that is an incredibly thoughtful gift. :)
